WHARTON, N.J., October 7, 2026 — Customized Distribution Services (CDS) today announced a partnership between its management team, LongueVue Capital (LVC), and Lake Ten Capital Partners (LTCP) to recapitalize CDS and support strategic growth initiatives.
Headquartered in Wharton, New Jersey, with additional locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Missouri, and California, CDS is a third-party logistics provider operating approximately 2 million square feet of warehouse space, including multi-client and dedicated food-grade facilities. CDS provides customized solutions that support customers’ warehousing, inventory management, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added service needs.
LongueVue Capital (LVC) is a New Orleans-based private equity firm focused on partnering with middle-market companies and management teams, with experience across the transportation and logistics sector. Lake Ten Capital Partners (LTCP) is a West Palm Beach, Florida, private investment firm that partners with businesses and management teams to support long-term growth. Both firms bring investment and operating experience to the partnership.
The partnership provides CDS with additional financial and strategic resources to support the company’s next phase of growth. Just as importantly, LVC and LTCP recognize the value of what CDS has built over the past 30 years—from its people and culture to the long-standing customer relationships that have shaped the company. Their approach is to build on that foundation by supporting the expansion of CDS’s geographic footprint and service offerings while bringing the organization’s strengths to new markets.
Throughout the partnership process, President & CEO Adalberto Guerra, COO Joe Leccesse, CFO Elise Adams, and VP of Human Resources Ben Mera worked closely with LVC Managing Partner Ray Jeandron, Operating Partner Scott McWilliams, Vice President Brennon Brignac, Senior Associate Hutton Johnston, and LTCP Managing Partner Paul Psak. Together, the teams established a clear direction for CDS’s next chapter—one that combines continued investment and growth with the values and operating approach that have defined the company.
For our customers and employees, that means continuity in the relationships and leadership they know today. CDS’s senior leadership will remain in place, and the company will continue to focus on its customers, employees, and long-term relationships. With LVC and LTCP, CDS now has additional resources to carry that approach forward as the company grows.
“Our team of long-tenured executives, managers, and employees is thrilled to be partnering with LVC and LTCP. In addition to their industry experience and strategic resources, LVC’s partnership-first mentality and LTCP’s established relationship with the Company made them the ideal partners for our next phase of growth. We look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of service possible to our customers while also expanding our footprint and capabilities together,” said Adalberto Guerra, President & CEO of CDS.
“It has been clear since our first meeting with them that the management team at CDS has a keen focus on operating high-quality facilities, offering value-added services, and putting customers first. In addition, their strategic footprint and deep relationships within core end markets made CDS the optimal choice as our newest platform in the VAWD space,” said Scott McWilliams, LVC’s Transportation & Logistics Operating Partner. “CDS has a bright future ahead, and I am excited to be working with the entire team.”
“In conjunction with Lake Ten Capital, LongueVue Capital is thrilled to announce its partnership with Adalberto and the rest of the CDS team,” added Ray Jeandron, Managing Partner at LongueVue Capital. “The tenure and breadth of CDS’s management team and customer relationships, as well as the demonstrable ability to execute at both a regional and national level within unique industries, are testaments to the Company’s leadership and culture. LVC is pleased to welcome CDS to the LVC family as our eighth T&L platform investment to date.”
“LTCP is very happy to be making its inaugural platform investment in CDS alongside LVC,” said Paul Psak, Managing Partner at Lake Ten Capital Partners. “The dedication and quality of the leadership team at CDS is second to none. We look forward to collectively providing strategic and financial resources to support the expansion of their geographic footprint and service offerings to an even broader set of high-caliber customers and growing end markets. We’d like to thank the teams at CDS and LVC for their work and partnership, and particularly CDS COO Joe Leccesse for introducing us to the Company.”
